Connotation

"It's very beautiful!" "I'm so preased!" We often use these words, and there are also many words in Japanese. I'll show you same meanings in Japanese.

English: very or so
Neutral: Sugoku (Sugoi)
Positive:Hijoni, Taihen or Totemo
Negative: Meccha or Bari

You shold not use Meccha or Bari against some great persons, such as the principal of president.
If you use these words, you would be criticized because these words is so rudeness.
You will use these words when you are talking with your friend. Conversely speaking, it is strange for you to use the word "Hijouni" to your friend.
If you know other words which meanings are very, please tell meβ˜†β˜†β˜†
